Climate Change Technology

Presented by Don Price

We are pleased to host Don Price via webinar to speak about the technology being developed to address climate change. Mr. Price will discuss the status of existing and future technology systems to reduce or eliminate greenhouse gas emissions and slow the progress of global climate change. This will include energy production, transportation, and carbon removal, among others. Questions are encouraged.

Don Price is a professional engineer now retired from the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District. A graduate of Purdue University, he has over 30 years of experience in the control of air pollution. He has been involved in global climate change education since 2007 and has spoken to over 8,500 people on the subject, most of them students. He is a former secretary and chair of the Air & Waste Management Association Channel Islands Chapter.
