Bob Finken, Senior Vice President

Dr. Peter Zemek, Senior Vice President

Mile Krall, Vice President

Montrose Air Quality Services, LLC

This webinar will highlight two methods recently approved by EPA as Other Test Methods; OTM-037 for Particulate Matter and OTM-45 for PFAS compounds.  It will also introduce some emerging technologies including MAX FTIR for Ethylene Oxide and formaldehyde applications, Proton Transfer – Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry (PTR-TOF/ MS) for a wide range of compounds , and advances in Leak Detection) using Optical Gas Imaging (OGI), Unmanned Arial Vehicles (UAV) and telemetry.

Bob Finken is a Senior Vice President at Montrose Air Quality Services Stack Test division where he oversees the ASTM D-7036 Quality Management System, Logistics, Stack Labs, and Reporting teams.  Bob began source testing in Southern California in 1978 and has been actively involved in local, state, national, and international test programs continuously since then.  He was president of the Source Evaluation Society (SES) from 2005 – 2013 and is member of the SES Stack Sampling Hall of Fame.

Dr. Zemek has performed source testing and optical instrumental testing and analytical product development in more than 23 countries.  He has performed remote sensing on volcanic plumes and metropolitan areas around the world.  Dr. Zemek is presently working on open path and low-cost sensor networks and state-of-the-art technologies such as proton transfer reaction time of flight mass spectrometry (PTR-TOF-MS) mobile platforms and design of CEMs using optically enhanced FTIR measurements and laser devices.

Mike Krall is a Vice President, Technical on the Montrose team and has almost 40 years of industry experience. Michael is a member of the Coalition for Responsible Waste Incineration, Council of Industrial Boiler Owners, NPRA, AWMA, and the Source Evaluation Society.
